If we do not recieve your payment by its due date or if your credit card charges are not approved, you will be given 48 to 72 hours to provide us with a new method of payment. In the event that you do not provide the required information, your account will be suspended after the 5th day. A $25 reactivation fee in addition to the fees due, will be required prior to reinstating your services.

NOTE: We are not insensitive to struggles that people are having. If you know that you are going to be late, ...let us know. Unlike other providers We WILL work with you! But you need to let us know in advance.
